My wife and I stayed for 2 nights in early February to visit family in Ireland. The hotel is easy to find and within walking distance of the Dublin Express bus stop. We arrived at 10:30 with the intention of dropping our bags off and going out. The person on reception checked with house keeping and they confirmed a room was available so we were able to check in early than the advertised 16:00. The person on reception also recommended a restaurant close by. We were able to leave our bags with them on our last day after check in whilst we went out and visited more places until we were ready to leave for the airport. We stayed in a King room on the first floor and the rooms are very spacious, very clean. They have an iron and board in the room as standard. Everything about the room was spot on. The staff at breakfast on both days went above and beyond to make sure we were catered for because we are vegan and vegetarian. They had rice crispies for cereal and they cooked us a couple of vegan sausages and a mushroom pancake that was delicious. They had hash browns already out. All of the staff were very friendly asking what plans we had, how our stay was. They are very customer focused and you feel they care about how people are doing during their stay there. Overall a fantastic stay, everything about the hotel and staff is first class. I would highly recommend staying here and the location of the hotel is ideal for shops, restaurants and all of the best places to visit - all within walking distance.

The location in Dublin was convenient for travel to some sights of interest. The local park was great for a midday food truck meal during the week between Tuesday and Thursday. In addition to the good location the hotel has a pillow menu - which is great as my partner has opinions on pillows and we were able to get her a better option to sleep with for her stay (I believe the have 6-8 different pillow options). The hotel is one of three in the area that share an exclusive gym for hotel guests with excellent cardio and weight training equipment. The gym layout, size and weight training equipment was excellent. That gym and the amazing hospitality of the hotel staff earned them a 10/10 for our stay in Dublin. We would gladly stay there again.

The room was nice and overall we had a great stay! It was low season so the hotel was pretty quiet, however there was construction going on outside our room so that was a bit of a disturbance. The parking garage that was just down the road was very convenient and not too expensive for the city. The bed was comfy but the room was very hot at night and no matter what we put the thermostat on, it was still hot. My only suggestion would be to add conditioner to the toiletries provided and switch body lotion to an option without a nut oil in it, that could be very dangerous to someone with a nut allergy! the restaurant connected to the hotel did not seem open when we were there but the lounge was.

Liked the location - everything more or less walking distance. Supermarkets, coffee shops, restaurants, shopping centres all within easy reach. The staff were extremely helpful when suggesting breakfast ideas. With it being over the festive period they also gave us complimentary late check out and made our stay very relaxing and easy. All staff really kind and didn’t ever come across like anything was a hassle. They have a spa area being fitted in at the end of this year - possibly a reason to revisit!

We were impressed by the staff and the general planning & management of the hotel during storm Eowyn. We were kept informed & staff stayed overnight to ensure there was adequate staffing to maintain the hotel. They must have been exceedingly busy but were cool under fire. The staff were welcoming & professional, the hotel location, rooms, breakfast, bar & bar food were all great. Coffee pods in the rooms were awesome. We loved the decor as well. We would stay again.
